Quality Management
Premier Astra's Quality management system is approved by TUV-SUD, which is an internationally-acclaimed certification agency. We are certified for AS9100 Rev. 'D'. According to AS9100 Rev. D guidelines, Premier Astra is committed to establishing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System. As a result of the QMS, our company ensures quality in our work processes, products, and services through policies, objectives, quality manuals, guidelines, work instructions, forms and templates. We continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS by auditing the data and analysing the results in accordance with our Quality policy and objectives. And we implement the corrective and preventive action as per our quality processes.
Quality Policy
To establish a brand in the high technology domain by delivering innovative products to Defence, Aircraft, Space & Allied sectors with customer centric, continual enhancement, legal requirement compliance with a social responsible approach.
Standards
The product life cycle involves various standards compliances, including IPC standards for PCB design, and environment standards such as MIL STD 810, JSS 55555 and MIL STD 460. Our QA team has hands on experience in airborne and MIL STD qualification for Sea, Air and Ground equipment's. Premier Astra shall take it up the Qualification and Certification as services for customer products. On behalf of customers we carry out the QTP and also support Certification. Premier Astra has tied up with most of the NABL accredited test laboratories for carrying out the tests which are not available in-house.
